Ondřej Lipár

Ondřej Lipár

(1981) is a poet, journalist, and photographer.

He wrote the poetry collections Skořápky (2004), Komponent (2014) and Retro (2023). He also published poetry in magazines, and his poems are represented in the anthologies Nejlepší české básně (Best Czech Poems) or Antologie české poezie (Anthology of Czech Poetry). His texts have been translated into English, Gaelic, Polish, and Slovenian.

For more than ten years, he participated in the creation and caputring of literary events at Café Fra. Since 2020, together with Barbora Votavová, he has been publishing the book podcast Do slov. He is a former chairman of the Czech Writers' Association. He currently works as the Managing Editor at Vogue CS.
